Youll play an essential role in a fast-paced Emergency Room, delivering coordinated nursing care to a broad spectrum of trauma and emergency patients of all ages. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel role; flexible assignment durations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, eligible in California
- Proven experience in an Emergency Room setting, including trauma care
- NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certification required
- Moderate Sedation Training required
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct other nursing staff
- Strong application of critical thinking and independent judgment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Triage, treat, and support emergency and trauma patients across all age groups
- Supervise and direct various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care efforts with other healthcare disciplines
