Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license (California, in good standing)
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing required
- Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
- Demonstrated capacity for supervising and directing care teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based care to assigned patients following established clinical protocols
- Supervise and mentor various levels of nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with physicians, specialists, and ancillary teams
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing education, workplace training, and quality improvement initiatives
