A registered nurse with ER experience is needed for travel assignment in Whittier, CA, providing coordinated nursing care to patients in the emergency setting. This role involves supervising nursing staff and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care according to established standards and the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff across various levels.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare disciplines to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize independent judgment and supervisory discretion in clinical and administrative duties.
