Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
  • Support Float Pool assignments by clocking in to respective units worked
  • Engage in educational and non-productive hours as related to Float Pool nursing

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current, active RN license in California
  • Proven experience in Emergency Room nursing
  • Ability to quickly adapt to diverse unit environments within a hospital
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
