Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Support Float Pool assignments by clocking in to respective units worked
- Engage in educational and non-productive hours as related to Float Pool nursing
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active RN license in California
- Proven experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Ability to quickly adapt to diverse unit environments within a hospital
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
