As a valued traveler in this ER opportunity, you'll have the chance to work both within the Emergency Department and with Inpatient Hold patients, managing varying acuity levels. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 pm 7:30 am shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an ER setting
- Familiarity with both ED and inpatient hold nurse to patient ratios/acuity
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Manage a mix of emergency and inpatient hold patients based on current census and acuity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress
- Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and families

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
