Working as an ED RN on the 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shift (36 hours per week with every other weekend rotation), youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and care for a diverse patient population in a fast-paced emergency department. Schedule:
- 7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid, unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of current Emergency Room nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Experience thriving in high-acuity, fast-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care in the emergency department, triaging and stabilizing patients efficiently
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to implement individualized treatment plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes promptly and accurately
- Provide patient and family education with empathy and clarity
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and responsive care environment
