An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with Emergency Department expertise to work night shifts in a dynamic Emergency Room setting featuring 48 treatment spaces. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment, maintaining an approximate 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio that demands clinical proficiency and strong decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients, prioritizing assessments, interventions, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely, safe, and patient-centered care.
• Manage a high volume of patients while maintaining strict adherence to patient ratios and clinical protocols.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions with sound clinical judgment and compassion.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license with ER nursing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple patients with diverse clinical needs.
• Previous night shift experience is preferred.
