Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license valid in California
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage care across multiple patients and rapidly changing conditions
• Effective collaborator with strong communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to emergency room patients or assigned groups, per established standards and nursing process
• Supervise, guide, and delegate tasks to nursing support staff
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient treatment
• Utilize sound judgment and critical thinking in fast-paced emergencies
• Consistently document accurate patient information and maintain compliance with facility protocols
