Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment, flexible shifts may be available depending on current needs
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum 1 year experience in ER nursing (recent hospital setting preferred)
- Proficiency with emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent critical thinking, triage, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams a plus
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room following established protocols and standards
- Perform assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation for ER patients
- Supervise and guide assigned staff, ensuring efficient team workflow
- Collaborate with other disciplines to develop and implement patient care plans
- Exercise critical thinking and sound judgment in rapidly evolving situations
