Take your Emergency Room RN expertise to the next level in this dynamic, 108-bed hospital environment, and expand your professional range by collaborating with skilled, diverse teams operating with Cerner FirstNet EMR. This role encourages hands-on learning and broadens your understanding of varying clinical approaches, helping you add impressive skills and adaptability to your resume. Daily, youll find yourself empowered by supportive leadership and inspired by new challenges.
Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating 12-hour shifts: 0700-1930 and 1900-0730
- 5 RNs and 3 ED Techs per shift
- Full coverage on weekends; no call required
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in CA
- Minimum 1 year RN-ER experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with Cerner FirstNet EMR (a plus)
- Adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced settings

- Deliver efficient, compassionate emergency care
