Position Details:
- Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift: 7:00 am 7:30 pm (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs per shift)
- Night shift: 7:00 pm 7:30 am (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs per shift)
- Weekend coverage required (24/7 staffing rotations)
- No call requirement
In this dynamic Emergency Department, youll be exposed to a broad spectrum of cases, offering unparalleled growth in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and rapid response care. The facility utilizes the Cerner FirstNet EMR system, allowing you to expand your expertise in widely used electronic medical records platforms. Key Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum one year of recent ER nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability and proficiency in high-acuity settings
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
- Perform thorough assessments and initiate appropriate interventions
- Document accurately within Cerner FirstNet EMR
- Support efficient patient flow and safety
- Participate in weekend shift rotations
