Your schedule will offer structured work hours and a blend of teamwork and autonomy:
Schedule/Hours:
- Day Shift: 0700-1930 (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs)
- Night Shift: 1900-0730 (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs)
- 24/7 weekend coverage required
- No call required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license California state eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year recent emergency room nursing experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Familiarity with Cerner FirstNet EMR system preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
- Navy blue scrubs required (not provided)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Respond swiftly to urgent and emergent situations
- Maintain meticulous, timely patient records using Cerner FirstNet
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members when needed
