Provide expert coordinated nursing care for patients in a dynamic emergency room setting, ensuring adherence to established standards and nursing processes. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff at various levels and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care for trauma and non-trauma patients of all ages in an acute care setting.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff activities to optimize patient outcomes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts to ensure seamless treatment and support.
- Employ critical thinking to respond promptly and effectively to emergent situations.
- Maintain compliance with established nursing standards and departmental protocols.
- Participate in the triage process and emergency treatment workflows.

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with Emergency Room (ER) experience.
