Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license (California)
- Minimum one year of ER nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and supervisory skills
- Effective communicator across disciplines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff
- Collaborate efficiently with physicians and other healthcare professionals in high-pressure situations
- Apply professional discretion and independent judgment to patient care challenges
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
