Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California (or compact license with eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ER setting
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
• Capacity to supervise and mentor fellow nursing staff
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, coordinated nursing care following established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff to ensure effective patient care delivery
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes
