This opportunity invites registered nurses passionate about emergency care to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a busy ER setting. Youll deliver coordinated care to patients spanning all ages, from minor emergencies to trauma cases. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- Nursing experience in an ER/Trauma setting preferred
- NCI certification required
- Moderate Sedation Training required
- Excellent critical thinking and supervisory abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate high-quality nursing care to all ER patients
- Oversee and mentor nursing staff across assigned shifts
- Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals
- Utilize independent judgement and discretion in acute and trauma care scenarios
- Maintain compliance with established standards and processes
