Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process and established protocols
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across various levels
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians, specialists, and support personnel
• Provide triage, treatment, and support to trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care environment
• Maintain compliance with Moderate Sedation training and National Core Indicator (NCI) requirements
• Participate in trauma patient management in designated trauma center settings

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience
• Certification in Moderate Sedation
• Knowledge of trauma care protocols and acute patient management
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and supervisory discretion
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a trauma or high-acuity emergency department preferred
