Provide urgent and compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency room environment, supporting trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care setting. This travel nursing opportunity is ideal for experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses seeking a dynamic role that values critical thinking and quick decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rapid triage and treatment of trauma and emergency patients
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and support patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Adhere to compliance standards including Nursing Competency Inventory (NCI) and Moderate Sedation Training requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Proven experience working in an Emergency Room setting
- Certification or training in Moderate Sedation
- Knowledge of trauma care protocols and acute patient management
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment requiring quick assessment and interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
