Preferred Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Emergency Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and multi-task effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer treatments, medications, and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policy

$2,263 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
