Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure and eligibility to practice in California
- At least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the nursing process and standards of care
- Critical thinking, leadership, and supervisory skills
- BLS, ACLS, and additional emergency certifications as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated nursing care to an assigned group of emergency patients
- Supervise and guide assigned staff, fostering a supportive team atmosphere
- Evaluate and adjust care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
