As a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment with 21 state-of-the-art treatment rooms, including trauma and fast-track spaces. Youll be exposed to innovative documentation and medication systems while refining your critical skills among experienced pharmacists, hospitalists, and intensivists. This role promises an enviable addition to your resume, as you navigate new clinical workflows, boost your expertise in Cerner and Omnicell, and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative emergency department.
Schedule/Hours:
- Staffing is managed by an experienced office team
- No call or mandatory floating required
- Weekend coverage included
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RN license with ER nursing focus
- Strong triage, assessment, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in electronic documentation (Cerner preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum one year ER experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and provide patient-centered emergency care
- Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists for comprehensive treatment
- Administer medications using Omnicell
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Prioritize patient safety in a fast-paced setting
