Work alongside expert clinicians in a 21-room ER setting (17 regular ED rooms, 2 trauma bays, 3 fast track spaces) and take part in a culture of collaboration and high acuity care. Our meticulous scheduling means you will occasionally work weekends, but theres no on-call or floating requiredletting you enjoy predictability and peace of mind.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Current, valid RN license with ER nursing experience
- Proficiency with Cerner documentation system and Omnicell medication system
- Strong clinical skills in fast-paced settings
- Ability to deliver high-quality care autonomously and collaboratively
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Effectively triage, assess, monitor, and treat acute medical cases
- Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists (live and tele), and support staff
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Adhere to established protocols and policies to ensure safe patient outcomes
