Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position (contract length varies based on assignment)

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license (State of Wisconsin or compact state)
• Minimum one year of recent ER nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are a plus
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in the emergency department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with acute conditions
• Administer medications, initiate interventions, and perform procedures per hospital protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
