This emergency department features 21 beds, including trauma bays and fast track spaces, offering hands-on experience in an environment that values collaboration and innovation. Exposure to different documentation and medication systemsCerner and Omnicell, respectivelybroadens your technical acumen, while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of hospitalists, intensivists, and dedicated support staff will enhance your clinical judgment and adaptability. Youll expand your resume, hone your skills, and gain insights into a variety of patient care approaches in a supportive setting.

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend coverage required
• No call or floating
• Scheduling managed via staffing office

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a busy, fast-paced ER (17 regular ED rooms, 2 trauma bays, 3 fast track spaces)
• Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, pharmacy, and phlebotomy teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Utilize Cerner for patient documentation and Omnicell for medication management
• Maintain adaptability and professionalism across a diverse patient population
• Wear scrubs (any solid color, no prints)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with ER experience
• Strong skills in critical assessment and quick decision-making
• Proficiency in Cerner and Omnicell preferred
• Ability to work weekends as scheduled
• Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
