Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current RN licensure, with experience in Emergency Room settings
  • Proficient clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in rural or critical access hospital settings a plus
  • Adaptable, eager to learn new systems and workflows

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process
  • Ongoing assessment of physical and psychosocial conditions
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized plans of care
  • Communicate patient status and care plans with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
  • Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and support risk management
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation and use clinical information systems
  • Educate patients, families, and staff based on assessed needs
