Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure, with experience in Emergency Room settings
- Proficient clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in rural or critical access hospital settings a plus
- Adaptable, eager to learn new systems and workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process
- Ongoing assessment of physical and psychosocial conditions
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized plans of care
- Communicate patient status and care plans with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and support risk management
- Complete accurate, timely documentation and use clinical information systems
- Educate patients, families, and staff based on assessed needs
