Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state-eligible or compact)
- At least one year of recent ER nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and rapid assessment abilities
- Ability to supervise and direct nursing staff of varying levels
- Skill in patient advocacy, coordination, and communication
Role Responsibilities:
