Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour shifts: 0700-1930 or 1900-0730
- Weekend coverage required (24/7 unit)
- No on-call requirement
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of Emergency Room experience (travel experience preferred but not required)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and fast response abilities
- Familiarity with Cerner FirstNet EMR is a plus
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients in an Emergency Room setting
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize care
- Monitor and document patient status using Cerner FirstNet
- Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare guidelines and protocols
