Take part in delivering high-quality ER nursing within a collaborative environment where each shift brings new opportunities to build on your clinical expertise. Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour shifts (0700-1930 or 1900-0730)
- Full 24/7 ER coverage, including weekends
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 12 years of recent Emergency Room experience strongly preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current and required)
- Proficiency in Cerner FirstNet EMR system is a plus
- Adaptability and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and treat ER patients across the lifespan
- Implement evidence-based interventions in urgent, fast-paced scenarios
- Maintain precise documentation and collaborate closely with a seasoned care team
- Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety
