Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts: 0700-1930 or 1900-0730
- Staffing per shift: 5 RNs, 3 ED Techs
- Weekend coverage required (24/7)
- No on-call requirement
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Quickly assess, triage, and prioritize incoming patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Document care using Cerner FirstNet EMR system
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and quality standards
- Maintain a calm, compassionate presence during high-acuity situations
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with recent ER experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, ideally Cerner FirstNet
- BLS and ACLS certification (current)
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
