Expected Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour shifts: 07001930 or 19000730
- Staffing: 5 RNs & 3 ED Techs per shift
- Weekend coverage required (24/7 operations)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with Emergency Department experience
- Proficiency in Cerner FirstNet EMR a plus
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (additional certifications preferred)
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, effective emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and interventions per protocol
- Accurately document patient care in Cerner FirstNet
- Adhere to hospital policies and uphold nursing standards
