Tulares hospital boasts a dynamic environment where youll sharpen your leadership skills and expand your nursing expertise through exposure to a fast-paced ER supported by a progressive electronic medical record system.
Schedule/Hours:
- Day Shift: 7:00 am 7:30 pm (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs)
- Night Shift: 7:00 pm 7:30 am (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs)
- Weekend coverage required (24/7 ER operations)
- No call required
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license; eligible to practice in California
- Recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems (preferably Cerner FirstNet)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative team-based patient care
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and provide direct care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document and chart using Cerner FirstNet EMR system
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety guidelines
- Demonstrate adaptability and leadership under pressure
