Qualifications/Desired Expertise:

• Active RN license in California or compact state.
• Minimum one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Proven clinical assessment, trauma, and critical thinking skills.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Adaptable in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, coordinated emergency nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards.
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, including floating nursing pool team members.
• Exercise critical thinking and independent judgment in emergent situations.
