Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, high-quality care to ER patients in accordance with established nursing standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years recent ER experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in emergency/critical care procedures and protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Adaptability to float between units or departments as needed.
