Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position; variable shifts and scheduling to support work-life balance.
Role Overview: You will deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients and assigned groups by applying established standards of care and the nursing process. Responsibilities include supervising various levels of nursing staff, collaborating across interdisciplinary teams, and providing leadership through critical thinking and sound judgment. Exposure to Float Pool operations will give you insight into advanced resource management and adaptability in a high-acuity environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience preferred
- Experience in supervising or precepting nursing staff
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams
- Adaptability to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered emergency nursing care according to established procedures
- Supervise, mentor, and support assigned nursing personnel
- Coordinate care delivery with physicians and other disciplines
