Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible, rotating shifts
What Youll Do:
- Deliver coordinated care to emergency room patients following established nursing processes and standards
- Supervise, mentor, and direct assigned nursing staff at various experience levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care
- Utilize sound judgment, critical thinking, and professional discretion in all facets of patient care
- Serve in the Float Pool as required, participating in education and policy orientation, and logging hours appropriately by unit
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California
- Previous experience in an Emergency Room or similar high-acuity environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced situations using independent judgment
