Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned patient groups following established nursing standards and processes.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across various levels, ensuring efficient team function and high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Manage education and non-productive hours for Float Pool nurses, maintaining smooth operational flow.
- Ensure Float Pool nurses working on specific units record time accurately on-site.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license with Emergency Room experience.
- Proven ability to supervise and guide nursing staff.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the capacity to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience working with Float Pool nursing staff is a plus.
