Add impressive breadth to your resume, with exposure to current technologies and evidence-based practices in a 22-bed ED serving multifaceted casesfrom trauma and cardiac to pediatric and psychiatric emergencies.
Schedule/Hours:
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
- No call requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Nursing experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications
- Trauma and pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality
- Comfortable working with diverse patient populations (geriatric, adult, peds)
Clinical Duties Include:
- Prioritizing assessment, triage, and treatment of a broad range of emergency cases: trauma, STEMIs, strokes, GI, cardiac, psychiatric, and more
- Working with a patient ratio of 4:1 (pods), 2:1 (critical care), and 6:1 (fast track)
- Utilizing Cerner EHR for documentation
- Adhering to appropriate dress code (any color or print scrubs)
