Schedule/Hours
- 7p-7a shifts
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- Four weekend shifts every four weeks
- No call requirements
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience (required)
- Strongly preferred: Trauma and pediatric care experience
- Certifications needed: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
- Flexible, resilient, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Professional and approachable demeanor
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Manage patient ratios of 4:1 for pods, 2:1 for critical, and 6:1 in fast track
- Collaborate across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive care
- Efficiently utilize Cerner EHR for charting
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and dress code (scrub color/print of your choice)
