Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to assigned ER patients, adhering to institutional standards and the comprehensive nursing process
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff at various levels, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care is consistently provided
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care seamlessly
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation to support optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license (Oregon)
- Minimum of one year of recent ER nursing experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and use sound clinical judgment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- BLS, ACLS, and additional certifications as required
