Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license
- At least one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Proficiency in trauma, cardiac, and acute care situations
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated nursing care for assigned ER patients, following the nursing process and established protocols
- Supervise and guide the activities of nursing staff at varying levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery
- Utilize independent judgment and critical thinking in high-pressure situations
- Document and monitor patient responses, intervening as needed
