Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ER patients or assigned patient groups, following standards of care and the nursing process.
• Oversee and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff at different levels.
• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and independent judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Guide and mentor nursing staff through professional and supervisory discretion.
• Document patient care activities clearly and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent ER nursing experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in varied care environments.
