Schedule:
- Travel assignment; flexible scheduling depending on facility needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated, compassionate care for emergency patients, adhering to established nursing processes and standards
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, ensuring optimum patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment in acute scenarios
- Safeguard patient safety and privacy through diligent assessment, documentation, and communication
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current RN license (state-specific or compact)
- At least one year of recent experience in an Emergency Department setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (as required)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Previous travel nursing experience a plus
