Schedule/Hours:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned ER patients, upholding established standards and utilizing the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, quality care
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while applying critical thinking and independent judgment
- Prioritize patient-centered care and safety in a fast-paced emergency setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing for the state of California
- Minimum of one year recent experience working in an Emergency Room setting
- Proven ability to supervise and support a team of nursing personnel
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
