Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room following established nursing standards and protocols.
- Oversee and guide staff of varying experience levels, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and efficient team operations.
- Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in and support professional development for nursing colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to supervise care teams
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- BLS, ACLS, and other ER-relevant certifications (preferred)
