Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Demonstrated recent experience in an ER setting (preferred)
- Ability to deliver care using the nursing process and established standards
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
- Skilled in supervising and guiding assigned nursing support staff
- Willingness to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
