This assignment will enhance your clinical portfolio as you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and observe a diverse array of workplace practices and leadership approaches. Youll oversee and coordinate nursing care for patients, exercising both independent judgment and supervisory responsibilities, all while adapting to new protocols and patient populations.
Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with variable shifts; schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications (such as PALS or TNCC) are highly valued
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients in the Emergency Room
- Supervise, direct, and mentor nursing staff of varying experience levels
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare disciplines
- Apply professional judgment and clinical skills to evaluate quickly evolving situations
- Ensure all care meets established standards and utilizes best practices
