Providing critical care to patients in fast-paced emergency settings, this role demands strong clinical judgment and leadership to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the Nursing Process, aligned with state nurse practice regulations and hospital guidelines, to deliver exceptional Emergency Room care during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients based on the Nursing Process
- Exercise critical thinking and scientific judgment in assessment and treatment planning
- Demonstrate leadership by prioritizing patient care and delegating tasks effectively to available staff
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
- Supervise and guide the nursing team to provide high-quality patient care
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of Emergency Room experience
- Successful completion of at least 2 previous travel nursing assignments
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, and ESI Level 5 training required
- TNCC certification preferred
- Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred
Schedule:
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- 13-week contract beginning ASAP
