Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated nursing care to diverse patient groups in the Emergency Room setting

- Supervise and mentor multiple levels of nursing staff in daily activities
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for complete patient care
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure top-quality outcomes
- Adhere to established standards of care and protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room
- Proven ability to supervise, delegate, and work collaboratively
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (as required)
