Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, patient-centered emergency nursing care per established standards and the nursing process
• Independently prioritize and manage care for patients or assigned groups
• Supervise, direct, and support various levels of nursing staff within the ER
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate critical thinking, flexibility, and professional judgment in urgent situations
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, effective, and empathetic care environment

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (travel experience preferred but not required)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced, unpredictable clinical situations
