Requirements:
- Valid and current RN license
- Minimum of one year of experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong triage, assessment, and emergency intervention skills
- Excellent communication abilities and resilience under pressure
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients presenting with a range of emergency health issues
- Accurately assess and prioritize patient conditions quickly upon arrival
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary medical teams to coordinate and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting per policy
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized ER environment
