Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible travel RN scheduling, experience required in fast-paced ER settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a busy emergency/trauma unit
- Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans for trauma and emergency cases
- Provide effective communication and emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols for acute care environments
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current California RN license in good standing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
- Minimum one year of recent experience in an acute ER environment
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking in emergency situations
- Comfortable with fast-changing case loads and trauma care
